Illness/Infections Treated 

  • Sinus infections

  • UTI

  • Sore throat, colds, pink eye / conjunctivitis, bronchitis, ear infections, headaches 

  • Osteoarthritis, muscle or joint pain, minor injuries 

  • Health Management of Diabetes/high blood sugar, High blood pressure, high cholesterol, overweight/obesity, reflux, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, PMS, Menopause, Erectile dysfunction, low testosterone/andropause.

Completion of LOA/FMLA Paperwork if required will be $150 and paid in advance, up to 14 days may be required to complete.
